Amidst India’s border tension with China, five out of the first batch of Rafale fighter jets have joined the Indian Air Force fleet. While the two superpowers are betwixt a military face-off along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), we’ve come up with a comparison of the fighter aircrafts that are in debate- Dassault Rafale and Chengdu J-20. Although Rafale is a 4.5 generation fighter jet, claims have been made of the Chengdu J-20 being a 5th generation fighter jet. Few experts believe that the Rafale is capable enough to counter the Chinese aircraft.
