Rum Old fashioned Cocktail Recipe - Cocktails After Dark. The Diplomatico rum in last weeks cocktail was so great that we decided to give it a go in an Old Fashioned.
Ingredients
1.75 ounces dark rum
.25 ounce simple syrup
6 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
Orange peel garnish
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass.
Fill with ice, stir.
Strain into a rocks glass with a large cube of ice.
Garnish with an orange peel.
