Find a place where the signal starts to drop and try to catch reception by moving the receivers. Observe signal indicators - red LED on HKTR6A and right orange LED on R615X.
Overall, Orange Spektrum compatible receivers still suffer from too slow recovery after signal loss and brownouts. Both receivers are priced equally.
To me, Turnigy 9x radio system is more reliable compared to Spektrum transmitter with Orange DSM/DSMX receiver.
Note, original Spektrum receivers recover from signal loss and brownouts a lot faster!.
