Before use: Please read the full manual.
Step 1: Check if the WLL is correct for the job.
Step 2: Check whether the clamp has any visible damage.
Step 3: Check if the pads of the clamp are clean and dry.
Step 4: Open and close the clamp to check if it opens and closes smoothly.
Step 5: Clean the position where the clamp will be attached.
Step 6: Make sure that the clamp is placed in a position where the load will be in balance.
Step 7: Make sure that the plate is in the "neck" of the clamp.
Step 8: Close the clamp by turning the lever fully back.
Step 9: Make sure that all attachments have the correct capacity and are large enough to allow the clamp to move freely.
Step 10: Make sure that the chain is not rotated or twisted.
Step 11: Lift gently to allow lifting force to be applied.
Step 12: Make sure that the load is in a stable position before loosening the clamp from the plate.
Step 13: Open the clamp by turning the lever.
Step 14: Clean the pads of the clamp after use.
Step 15: Store the clamp safely in an open position.
In case the clamp is slipping, please check all steps again.
