FNH 473: Nutrition Education in the Community is a public health nutrition course in the Food, Nutrition and Health (FNH) program at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Students in this class actively learn and apply theories and methods related to nutrition education and health promotion.
In this video, we focus on the importance of evaluating public health initiatives. Dr. Beth Snow discusses her experiences as an Evaluation Specialist and identifies the types of evidence you might collect in order to evaluate a project and her key advice for conducting project evaluations.
