To be fair: as the F-15 doesn't have a JHMCS (joint-helmet-mounted-cueing-system), which would let you shoot the Aim-9 off-bore (meaning high angles off the nose), you'll have a hard time against fighters that have those.
Like the F/A-18 or the Su-27.
