Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
2 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
optional: 1 tablespoon 80% dark chocolate chips/chunks

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the cacao powder, oat flour and baking powder and stir to combine
3. Pour into a greased bowl or big mug (no need to grease the bowl/mug, if you don’t want to remove the cake from it). Add the chocolate chips on top
4. Cook in the microwave for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes (800W). (Remove the cake from the bowl/mug). Serve with some berries and enjoy!
