What Are Teeth Sealants?
Dental sealants are preventative measures that can be painted on to the top part of the baby teeth or the permanent teeth. In most instances, we do it on the permanent teeth and the reason for that is probably several. Number one, this is what the insurances pay for. Number two, these are the teeth that are at more risk because they typically come in with much deeper grooves, so therefore, those teeth are more at risk.
