"It is a very comfy place. I've been sat in here for a little while now and I don't feel cramped, I don't feel uncomfortable. When the doors are shut it's not exactly noisy, you can't hear any of the equipment outside. So yes, it's quite pleasant."
20. SOUNDBITE: (English) Adam Watkins, engineer, Interxion, vox pop
"Yes it's definitely a good idea. We can be on site 24 hours a day no matter what. So, yeah, with all the extra people in the city we pretty much can't get onto site on time if we don't have them."

"The best plan is the one people don't see happen, so it's a bit like the Millenium Bug. Was there a problem or not? Well, I could argue because people planned for it, it didn't perceive there was a problem but if we hadn't planned for it there probably would have been. It's the same for the Olympics, if you plan for it and you review your plans and you test them then it will go off without any problem at all and people will think 'what was all the fuss about?' That's the perfect continuity plan, that's true business continuity nobody notices what's happening."
