The Prime Minister of Libya's UN-backed government in Tripoli Fayez al-Sarraj says he is open to talks with renegade General Khalifa Haftar.
Last week, Haftar's forces seized four key oil terminals in the so-called oil crescent of Libya.
Elsewhere in the country, pro-government forces are battling to push ISIL fighters out of the city of Sirte.
