Spice up your next dinner with Pasta with Nduja, directly from Calabria
Instructions: Cook 200g of Pasta, best if Fileja or Scialatielli, in salted water. In the meantime, dice a Tropea Onion and fry it in some Olive Oil. Remove skin and crumble 80 gr / 3 oz. of Nduja, a bit more if you like hot food, and a bit of hot water. Let Nduja melt for a couple of minutes. Add 200 gr / 7 oz. of Tomato sauce, stir and let cook for 10/15 minutes.
Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix.
Serve hot with some Caciocavallo cheese on top (optional). Wow, HOT!
