Hookpoint Fishing Magazine was joined by Ben Carter and John Locker of The Fishlocker aboard Luke Aston's Clare Dragoon from Carrigaholt Sea Angling. [ Ссылка ]

The target was to tag the first 6 gill sharks on the eastern side of the Atlantic and in doing so, also result in the largest tagged sharks aside from basking sharks in the British Isles and Ireland.

The tags used were from the collaborative shark tagging programme from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Full details can be found here - [ Ссылка ]
