This is the first part of my guide on how to build DIY guitar pedals. It covers various topics related to circuits and component selection in order to make it easier for beginners to understand the world of pedal building. In the second video I’ll actually be building a pedal and using it as an example so I can explain the process more in depth. That one will focus on how to build the circuit for a Fuzz Factory clone. In the third video I’ll be showing how I create the graphics and do the painting on the enclosure before finally boxing up the circuit.
