Ingredients for pineapple filling:

Pineapple cans slice 2 cans ( 1080 grams ) or fresh one meat only no juice. 700 grams
Sugar 120 grams
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
VANILA sugar 1/4 tsp
Ingredients for dough:
Room temperature unsalted butter 168 grams
Egg 2 large
Corn starch 80 grams
All purpose flour 245 grams
Coffee mate or milk powder 60 grams
VANILA sugar 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 100 grams
30 pineapple cake molds ( 4 Cm x 5 Cm x 1.5 Cm
Oven 325 F bake in 15 minutes first time . Then flip over bake 10 minutes more .
