(5 May 2014) The trial of French national Francois Giuily resumed in Bali on Monday.
The 49-year-old was charged with drug trafficking on Thursday and could face the death penalty if found guilty.
Giuily was arrested at Bali International Airport in January after customs officials allegedly found methamphetamine in his luggage worth more than 500,000 US dollars.
Giuily's lawyer said on Monday that a witness had informed the judge that his client "is a little bit mad", based on records that existed from his military service.
