If you pay a utility for electricity, that power can be delivered into your home in one of two ways: Above ground on power lines, or below ground on buried lines. Both systems have a transformer that steps down voltage to a safe and usable level in your home. For above ground delivery, the transformer is the gray cylinder up on the utility pole. For underground delivery, this process happens inside a usually large green metal box out towards the street. 2-3 homes will share a transformer, so it could be in front of your home or not. There are EMF exposures/complications from either system to be aware of.
In this video I'm going to focus on the pad-mount transformers, and show you how to assess their impact on your home.
