Race Equality Week 2022 saw thousands of people from thousands of organisations join us to address the problem of race inequality in the workplace.
Across the week we held a number of virtual events as we looked to create an open discussion with industry leaders from various sectors.
We had guest speakers from Skanska, Network Rail, HS2 and Croydon Council to name a few, all giving us an insight as to what their organisation has implemented, how they have gone about addressing race inequality, including what hasn’t worked in their experience, and how to progress further.
