Here is a little clip of the finished Hobbit Hut, or "Palletable Cobin" just built at the Solar Living Center in Hopland. It is made with pallets, insulated with straw and covered in an Earthen cob plaster mix. This design is a great model for super low cost housing, well insulated, fire resilient, all recycled materials, and fun to build.
