Attorneys for Disney are trying to have a $50,000 wrongful death lawsuit thrown out because the plaintiff signed up for a one-month trial of the Disney Plus.

Jeffrey Piccolo said a pub at Disney Springs in Florida was negligent after being made aware that his wife, Kanokporn Tangsuan, had severe food allergies.
