Each Morning (or at a time that suits you best), set aside 5-10 minutes for this practice.
Step 1: Write a Gratitude Statement – Reflect on something you’re truly grateful for. Write it down in a journal or note it in your phone. Let the gratitude fill your heart.
Step 2: Shreem Brzee Meditation – Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and chant or silently repeat "Shreem Brzee" for five minutes. Let the mantra’s energy resonate within you, connecting you with abundance and gratitude.
