In this episode of APMG Midday Mentors, Gintare Geleziunaite, Change Management Lead, UK Ministry of Defence shares her journey and passion for the Change Management discipline.
Gintare explains how being a project management practitioner gave her the opportunity to see that 'transformation' was the specialism that gave her purpose, and that the foundations learned from her Change Management qualification have supported her rise to (amongst other things) Change Management Lead at UK MoD.
As well as supporting a 250,000 people-strong military and civilian workforce with Change resources, tools and information, Gintare is focused on ensuring that she shares her knowledge and experiences to benefit others by raising the profile and awareness of the discipline through her position as Co-Lead of the London Chapter of the Change Management Institute UK She also Chairs the cross-government Change Management working group.
