Carol and I started our walk in Lewes, headed up to the stables by the old racecourse, proceeded up to Mount Harry and on to Black Cap. Then we turned left on the South Downs Way until we reached a field where a farmer and his New Zealand team were just beginning to start shearing a couple hundred sheep. We had a great time watching and filming.
