Knowing what is 'normal' during a work stoppage will help keep your reaction in perspective and emotions under control. This course will help you develop and build a plan, achieving the ultimate goal of keeping your employees safe and continuing operations to meet your customer’s needs. By doing so, you help to manage the expectations of all affected by a labor dispute. During this presentation, we will look at several areas and strategies that will allow you to meet these goals.
