This mill deck is risky and tricky to set up, as you need the right cards at the right time in your hand to execute the combos. For example, Ihuarraquax, Vilgefortz Renegade, and Regis must all be in your hand. Assire is used to play Vilgefortz Renegade twice. The rest is straightforward: just mill your opponent's cards as much as you can and use Vilgefortz Renegade to swap Regis from your opponent's graveyard for the finishing blow. Thanks!
