It's a wild scattershot film even by Orson Welles standards as the Director's Club looks at his "Mr. Arkadin" (for example, there's seven versions of the film, two titles, and the main actor even uses two different names!). In his attempt to capitalize on the Harry Lime Wellesianic Universe for the titular Mr. Arkadin, we'll look at a film with some amazing shots and scenes, but also with a performance so lame we had to invent a new term to describe it!
