Halloween in the Philippines ?? Yes of course, however here in the Philippines its called the day of the dead. While Walking Street is usually reserved for bar hopping, on Halloween its all about the kids. Watch as I get mobbed and literally moved by the press of children trying to get some candy. A great time was had by all. Next year we need to double the candy budget.
