Not every proposal that we send is going to need a signature. Sometimes you want to tailor the approval options for what type of proposal it is that you're sending out the door. In this section we'll take a look at how you can tailor your templates to match those approval options that you need. To define the approval options for our proposal templates, we're going to go into proposal templates and emails. Within here, we just want to edit the proposal template that we'd like to look at the acceptance for. And we've got the acceptance tab just here. Within here, we've got three different options, Signature and Acceptance, very useful for new clients or new year. Acceptance Button Only, this may be used if we're introducing a new service mid year or an actual work order. We've also got no acceptance required where the client doesn't need to do anything and we're just going to proceed with the work. This may be used for a bookkeeping review, for example, or a payroll review. It's also worth noting in this instance, we automatically turn off the What Happens Next section, because there'll be no button to click in this part of the process. Whenever we're choosing an acceptance option, we want to make sure our What Happens Next section adds up as well. So in here, we can run through our different stages, make sure it adds up with what we're saying above. For example, step one here, I am referring to the fact they're going to sign the engagement letter. So if I change that across to this, I would want to update this to make sure it matched that approval option. We can see this in our proposal with a large button and with our wording in there, and it will appear after our investment costs and after a future goal if we've agreed one of those with the clients as well. One thing to also note at this stage is, you may have used in your emails a letter of engagement button for that signature. So if we're not asking for any approvals at all, we're going to want to make sure we've taken those out as well. Finally, you can decide how long the proposal is going to be valid for as well as you may have different periods of time depending on the proposal template itself. So this section is all about giving you the power to decide how your clients are going to accept those proposal templates and make sure you're ready for those different scenarios depending on what you're doing with the client.
