Cardarine aka GW501516 is a research compound illicitly used in the fitness world and sometimes incorrectly called a SARM. Originally studied for potential cardiovascular benefits, it is thought to mimic the effects of exercise and potentially shift metabolism from glucose to fat. However, research was stopped in 2009 due to widespread cancer in animal models. In this video I discuss the potential benefits as well as the cancer risk.
