Yep so here's the V2 (Version 2) video I did of the New York City Subway full northbound R68 (D) Train route to Norwood-205th Street via local the whole way (Like the first one recorded back in 2013) via 8th Avenue Line.
The D Train is a full time route that operates between Norwood-205th Street in The Bronx and Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn. It operates local in The Bronx (Between Norwood-205th Street and 145th Street in Manhattan) Except during the Rush Hours when it runs Express in Peak Direction via the IND Concourse Line, Express in Manhattan all times via the IND Central Park West Line and the IND 6th Avenue Express, Express in Brooklyn via the BMT bypassing Dekalb Avenue except late nights when service stops at Dekalb Avenue and runs local in Brooklyn. Service between 36th Street and Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue operates via the BMT West End Line running local.
This video is newly recorded and also in Full HD Quality.This was recorded on R68 2500 (My favorite R68 set). We basically traveled via the BMT West End Line, BMT 4th Avenue Local, Manhattan Bridge, IND 8th Avenue Local, IND Central Park West Local and The IND Concourse Local all the way up to Norwood-205th Street (Like the original video). The ride took about 2 hours in general due to trackworkers on some sections doing work.
