Running an original M7 rifle grenade adaptor and a dummy training grenade. I used M1909 blanks instead of the much hotter rifle grenade blanks since they're shoulder safe.

Sorry for poor camera focus at the end. For these videos, it's strapped to my face in a way that makes it impossible to adjust/correct manually.
