Spring Locating Pins are press-fit inserts that provide an extremely compact way to apply side force to a workpiece, for positioning or light clamping. Carr Lane offers several Spring-Loaded Locating Pins made from various materials such as Steel, Stainless Steel and Delrin®. For custom pins, Carr Lane also offers a tapped receptacle, while eccentric liners can be used to provide additional workpiece adjustment and supplement all three types of Spring Locating Pins. All Carr Lane Spring Loaded Locating Pins are available in five different sizes, from ¼” to 5/8” in body diameter. Light, medium and heavy forces are available in most sizes.
