We had an ex-cyclone more up north of Queensland and had our boat hire cancelled at Bribie Island so was looking at places that would potentially have less wind and decided to go to Colmslie River early morning hoping to catch a threadfin salmon. We ended up moving to inspiration point at manly due to too many kids at the jetty casting at us and over our shoulders. We found some nice gar and fishing wasn't too bad as wind was blowing on and off. Enjoy the video, like and subscribe for more fishing!
