This Delicious and popular AngloIndian Ball Curry, Yellow Rice with Devil Chutney is so mouth watering, great for special occasions.

500 Grms Lamb Mutton Mince

1" Grated Ginger
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Slice White bread
1/2 Tsp gram masala
1 beaten egg

100 Grms Oil

2 Stalk Curry leaves
4 Tomatoes
2 Tbs Tomata Puree
1 Tsp garam Masala
3 Tbs Ginger/Garlic Paste
3 Tsp Coriander Powder
1&1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 & 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
4 PotatoesFist Full Green coriander
Salt To Taste
Coconut Yellow Rice
1 Ladle or 100 Grms Ghee
1 Onion
2 Mugs Basmati Rice
8 Cloves
6 Green Cardamom
1 Bay Leaf
2 Cinnamon Stick
1&1/2 Tsp Tumeric
1 Tin Coconut Milk
3 &1/2 Mugs Water
Salt to taste
Devil Chutney
1 Onion
3 Cloves garlic
1/2 Tsp Kashmiri mirch
1/2 Tsp red Chilli powder
1& 1/2 Tbs brown Sugar
2 & 1/2 Tbs Lime or lemon juice
1 Tbs Raisin
1/4 Tsp Salt
