The steel palletising station prepared by APISystems allows profiles from 1 to 7 metres in length to be prepared. A robot, with electromagnetic grippers designed by them, picks up the profiles and builds a stack from them. In the next step, the stack is transported for banding. The steel strap covering the profiles is welded, making their transport, safe and secure. Thanks to precise palletisation and the resulting repeatability of the profiles, the stacks prepared for the customer are immediately transported to the depalletising machines.
