The President of the Democratic Party, Norbert Mao, has cast doubt on the ability of some of the newly appointed politicians to improve the livelihood of Ugandans while in cabinet. Mao told journalists that he had no qualms about the appointment of one of his party leaders, Florence Kiyingi to serve as the State Minister for Youth and Children Affairs. He was speaking at a news conference at the party headquarters in Kampala.
