This first-of-its-kind footage captured a critically endangered Pink Land Iguana in a touching moment of symbiosis atop Wolf Volcano on Isabela Island.
Remote cameras, such as those used on this expedition, allow scientists and conservationists to observe and study the natural, uninterrupted behaviors displayed by some of the world's most remote and mysterious creatures. It also allows us to appreciate the Pink Land Iguana in the wild, an opportunity that few humans have ever had the privilege to experience.
