Samastipur, Sep 26 (ANI): Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday while addressing a rally in Samastipur district of Bihar lashed out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for 'making a fool' of the people and called his 'special package' for the state 'a piece of trickery'. He added that RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said in an interview that this package thing is not appropriate. Bihar legislative assembly elections are due in October as the tenure of the current Legislative Assembly expires on 29 November 2015.
