In Raleigh, North Carolina, Sarah and Jeff Shepherd turned a broken-down house into a boutique hotel, Heights House Hotel, and faced the realities of a 24/7 business. They found ways to pursue their passion, celebrate their success, and take care of customers – while also taking breaks in order to recharge.
