The recording is followed by footage of Mayor Dennis Archer speaking to a group of young people. The footage consists of several short segments edited together, and the picture frequently drops out with some lengthy gaps between. Archer appears to be answering the audience's questions about casino gambling and city services. At one point a voice cuts in during the recording to perform a microphone check.
The video is on a UCA-30 U-Matic tape with a handwritten 3M label on its top.
