The Rowan University women's soccer team had five players that received NJAC All-Conference honors. Forward Erika Suhl was named the conference's Offensive Player of the Year and midfielder Deandra Turchi was chosen the Co-Midfielder of the Year. They were joined on the NJAC All-Conference first team by midfielder Jess Durnian. Back Kayla Leahey was selected to the All-Conference second team and back Chelsea Eckel received All-Conference honorable mention.
