Quick tips that I got from my elders:
1. Make sure the yogurt or curd is sour. If the curd is not sour, use lime juice to make it little sour as this puda will taste BEST when it is little savory and spicy.
2. If you do not have yogurt you can STILL make it using Lime juice instead.
3. Start pouring the batter from the outer edges of the pan, working it inwards.
4. STIR the batter in between making pudas as the rice flour settles at the bottom.
