Kannur: An RSS leader in Kannur is being given security protection by Central forces. Five CRPF men have been assigned to protect V Sasidharan from Kathirur. Sasidharan is the main accused in the case on the attempt to murder on CPM district secretary P Jayarajan and the main witness in the Kathirur Manoj murder case. Sasidharan has been allotted security cover from Sunday onwards.
