Recipe:
8 to 10 oz of spinach. Frozen drained well or fresh blanched drained well
8 oz cream cheese
1.5 c fresh shredded mozzarella
1 c shredded parmesan
pinch salt and pepper
pinch red pepper
2 tsp minced garlic
any brand frozen yeast rolls
Directions
Olive oil a round cast iron skillet
place frozen yeast rolls in pan [in a circle near edges] about 1.5 inches apart
set in warm place for about 2 hours. rolls will triple in size and touch
each other when ready
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl
Place mixture in middle of rolls after they have risen
Cook in pre-heated oven at 350 for 20 minutes
remove and brush with melted garlic butter
return to oven for a couple of minutes to brown the tops
Watch closely as they will brown very quick
Remove and serve hot.
