Trivandrum, Oct 29 (ANI): Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Thursday said that investigation in the bar bribery case does not require state Finance Minister KM Mani’s resignation. He said that reopening of investigation ordered by the court is a routine exercise in legal proceedings and that there was nothing unnatural about the order. He said that Mani has accepted the court’s order and that enquiry may continue. Earlier, in a setback for the ruling Congress-led United Democratic Front in Kerala, a court has ordered more investigations into allegations that KM Mani accepted a bribe of one crore promising to renew bar licences last year.
