Top with dollops of yogurt. Then roughly break 2 samosas and place them on top of the yogurt. Top the samosa with more chole, cilantro chutney, and sweet tamarind chutney. And finally garnish the Samosa Chaat with chopped onion, sev, cilantro, pomegranate arils
