During our time in Freycinet National Park we tried to do as much hiking and exploring as possible, and with one of the most popular circuits being the stunning Wineglass Bay Walk, it was the first thing we did when we arrived.
The Wineglass Bay Circuit is a 11km loop that goes to Hazards Beach and all the way up to the Wineglass Bay Lookout. It takes a leisurely 5 hours, with lots of time to swim at the beaches and stop for photos along the way. Friends had told us that it was one of the best day hikes in Tasmania, and it'd be hard to disagree.
If you're wondering if it's worth hiking the Wineglass Bay Walk, let our video show you what it's all about. Definitely add it to your list of things to do in Tasmania. Just watch out for tiger snakes!
