A meeting for the Bristol Bay fleet: Bristol Bay's 2024 sockeye forecast is 44.9 million. Forty-five million sockeye is a relatively strong forecast, but would be one of the smallest total sockeye returns for Bristol Bay of the last decade. This presentation looks at the information that goes into the forecasts, including the current climate conditions and predictions, as well as, salt water surveys that generate a multi-year outlook of salmon production.
