This discussion is divided into two breakout sessions focusing on gender and people with disability. The gender equality session is facilitated by a representative from J-PAL and AIDRAN will facilitate the session for people with disability.

The event discusses and explores about research ethics and methods, focusing on the importance of ethical consideration tools as part of research methodology which play pivotal role in provide guidelines to the researcher to the produce data with GESI sensitive analysis. It proceeded with all participants encouraged to develop general guidelines that can be tailored to understand and strengthen institutional integration of a gender equality and social inclusion perspective in research and MEL design program by providing ethical consideration tools. At the end of the session, each representative from both sessions presented their summary and next steps to the main room.
