& today's recipe is Palak Ki Poori
with Palak ka Raita
Let's start
Ingredients:
2 cup Wheat Flour,
1½ cup Flour,
1 cup Spinach Puree,
250 gram Spinach is chopped after wash &
cooked without adding any water for 2 minutes in pan
& then made a blend.
½ tsp Salt,
3 tbsp Oil,
2 tbsp Semolina,
Semolina soaked in water for ½ hour.
Method:
- Take a bowl & add wheat flour, flour, salt, oil, soaked semolina, & spinach puree in it.
- Mix all these ingredients, if needed add water & knead a dough.
- Cover & put it aside for ½ hour.
- After half hour, make equal balls, roll with roller & fry the poori.
to make spinach raita we need:
2 cup Yogurt,
1 cup Spinach (chopped),
2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder,
½ tsp Red Pepper Powder,
½ tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed),
½ tsp Salt,
& 2 tbsp Oil.
Method:
- Turn on the flame & add 2 tbsp oil to the pan.
- Add chopped spinach & cook it for 1 minute.
- Now add salt, cumin (roasted & crushed, garam masala powder & red pepper.
- Fry it for more 1 minute on high flame.
- Spinach is ready, now turn off the flame
- & let it cools down.
- Now add yogurt, lemon juice, prepared spinach in a bowl & mix.
- Spinach raita is ready.
