Yummy Veggie Omelette - A Gifty's Kitchen | Vegetable Egg Omelette

Veggie Omelette Recipe
Finely chopped capsicum, carrot, green chillies, onion, tomato
Eggs
Ginger garlic paste
Crack 2 eggs in bowl
Whisk
Handful of onion, Capsicum, Carrot, Tomato, Green chilly
Mix it well Salt ½ tsp or according to your taste
Pinch of black pepper Pinch of garam masala
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Mix it well
Switch on the gas
Put ½ tbsp. of oil
Spread the oil all over the pan
Put the veggie egg mixture
Cover it with the lid on low flame
Check after one minute
Cover it again for 1 more minute
Flip the omelette and let it cook from other side
Veggie omelette is ready
Serve it with ketchup
